How long should my hair be before waxing?
Around 5 mm, about the length of a grain of rice, works best. If you usually shave, let it grow for 2 to 3 weeks before your appointment.
Which wax should I choose?
We offer RICA, aloe vera and honey wax. If you’re not sure, tell us about your skin when you book and we’ll suggest one.
How should I prepare and look after my skin afterwards?
Come with clean skin, free from oils and lotions. For 24 to 48 hours afterwards, avoid hot baths, saunas, swimming, strong sun and tight clothing. After that, gentle exfoliation once or twice a week helps prevent ingrown hairs.
How long do the results last?
Usually 3 to 4 weeks. With regular waxing, many clients find their hair grows back finer and slower.
